It is also one of the most discussed paths because this is related to the relationship among Arzu, Maggie, and Faraj. If you need Bond of Fate followers (like in the God becoming ending or escape ending), Faraj’s Bond of Fate is an easy choice.
- Encouragement: Trigger condition is Renown ≥ 8 and Faraj is not a cultist. Players can praise his valor, alertness, or grace. Bringing Maggie along for the Encouragement gives extra attribute points.
- Encouragement 2: Trigger condition is Renown ≥ 12 and Faraj is not a cultist. Players can encourage his knowledge, appearance, or strong arms. If both Maggie and Arzu are in the event, Faraj gains extra points and the passion tag.
- Why Don’t You Use Me?: This is a pop-up window triggered when Arzu’s Renown ≥ 19, Faraj is not a cultist, and the player has not used a Carnality card on him before. If players want to form the Bond of Fate with Faraj, choose the second option (If Maggie was in the Encouragement events twice before), or choose the third option.
- Carnality at Home (Choosing the third option): Use a Carnality card with Faraj and form the Bond of Fate. This is the fastest route to obtain Bond of Fate with Faraj.
- I Love Your Wife (Choosing the second option): Choose “We three can share this happiness together” to continue the storyline.
- Desire and Happiness: The success of this event is closely related to the first and second Encouragement. If players haven’t sent Maggie to inspire Faraj twice in the Encouragement events, this event will not form the Bond of Fate with Faraj. - Faraj will ask Arzu if he’d like to arrange banquets with the youth when Notoriety ≥ 12 and Infamy< 3. Choose Accept to continue this storyline.
- Youth’s Curtain: Trigger conditions are Notoriety ≥ 12 and Infamy < 3. Players can choose to give convictions, 1 or 15 coins. 15 coins yield the best return with Fear of the Sultan, Faraj attribute increase, Notoriety, and Renown points, but players can also give rebellion convictions for fewer rewards.
- Dangerous Gathering: Trigger conditions are Notoriety ≥ 15 and Infamy < 6. Similarly, players can place rebellion convictions, 1 or 15 coins. The best option is still giving 15 coins, which gives the same bonus as in Youth’s Curtain, plus a Freedom from Fear (bronze-tier rebellion conviction).
- Revolutionary Salon: Trigger conditions are Notoriety ≥ 18 and Infamy < 9. For the best outcome with an army, players can place in either silver-tier or gold-tier rebellion conviction with 15 coins. If players want to convert Faraj to be a cultist, this is the chance to use the silver-tier or gold-tier cultist convictions (This option also gives an army).
